【周知】生活保護申請について
乗越 悠生
行政書士乗越士所では、令和7年11月13日より、生活保護申請を再度無料化いたします。
理由としては、行政書士の使命に照らして、自己の利益よりも依頼者の利益を優先することを選択したためです。
以前の有料化の段階では、同業者より多数の心配の声を受けての方針転換でしたが、やはり生活に困窮されている方からお金を取ることに抵抗感があったため、今回再度方針を転換することとしました。
ただし、今回の再無料化について、以前より受任の可否の判断を厳格に運用することとします。
具体的な条件としては下記のとおりです。
一 明確に生活に困窮している方であること
二 生活保護申請を行うほかに他の手段がない方であること
三 他の業務より優先度を落としての対応となることをご了承いただける方であること
なお「明確に生活に困窮している方」というのは、具体的には次のものを基準として判断します。
一 相談の段階において現金及び預金を通算して残高が3万円以下であること
二 近隣に家族がいないこと
三 換金性・資産性のある物品を保有していないこと
これらの要件に合致しない場合は、受任をお断りすることがあります。
