【お知らせ】生活保護申請の有料化について
乗越 悠生令和7年6月23日以降、生活保護の申請や受給に関する手続きについて有料での対応とすることを決定したので公示します。
概要
今まで生活困窮者を対象として無償で生活保護申請をサポートさせていただいておりました。
しかしながら、働ける保護の必要性を感じない方からの依頼が増加してきていたこと、きちんと報酬を支払ってご依頼いただいている正規のお客様への申し訳なさ、そしてこの無償の生活保護申請手続きが当事務所の業務を圧迫している事実がありました。
正直に申し上げまして、無償の生活保護申請の手続きはどれだけ助けてもこちらとしては1円にもなりません。
当事務所もボランティアではないためきちんと収益を上げることができなければ廃業せざるを得ず、これでは救いを求める手を救い続けることができなくなります。
そこで今回、これからも救いを求める方を救い続けるため有償対応に踏み切らせていただいた次第です。
料金等
【基本】
・相談 5500円/時間
・書類作成 5000円＋税
・同行 5000円＋税
・保護開始後の継続的な関与 無料
・生活保護の打ち切り等の申請 無料
【例外】 これらの代行報酬については、依頼者様の資産状況によってはその一部又は全部を免除することがあります。
